Yeah, he's been right shit lately.

He only set up two of the three goals against Man U.

We will miss him if he doesn't play.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
To be honest I think he hasnt been at his best the last few game. So I'm not too worried. We are not a one man team.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
Weird this one. No mention of it on the whufc Stoke preview. Just Adrian is missing and updated on Saturday.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
It was widely reported that Martial would miss our last game for Man U.
Maybe Bilic is doing the same cloak and daggers.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
Given it's Stoke I agree with Eddie, Tomkins at RB and Antonio further up is the plan, surely?

Eddie B 11:34 Sat May 14
Re: Payet out of Stoke game
Push Antonio up and start either Tomkins or Byram.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
The FFA paid us £5m not to play him so he gets extra rest for the Euros.

Or so I heard on MySpace and Bebo but definitely not Twitter

It may seem funny to some but we can still play the same style with as much potency without Payet.

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
That's any chance of 4th place probably out of reach - I was dreaming.of a sneaky 10 nil

But a solid win to guarantee 6th and hope Utd fuck up will do me fine

Maybe Shaun Wright Phillips was up there training?

"midfielder Stephen Ireland, who suffered a broken leg in training this week."

Still the same lightweight training sessions at Stoke then?

Makes you wonder what they were practising....

Re: Payet out of Stoke game
West Ham United
The Hammers only have one absentee in the shape of goalkeeper Adrian, who is sidelined with a minor calf problem.

Diafra Sakho is likely to retain his place in the team after scoring on his return to the starting XI against Manchester United.
Stoke City
The Potters are without midfielder Stephen Ireland, who suffered a broken leg in training this week.

Goalkeepers Jack Butland and Shay Given remain sidelined, as do Ibrahim Afellay, Glen Johnson and Marc Wilson.
